To rent a car with us you need:

The operation of the vehicle is restricted to authorized drivers who are 18 years of age or older. For drivers aged between 18 and 24, an age surcharge of $20.00 per week applies when renting and also an additional Damage Excess of 500 AUD will be applicable in case of an incident.
All drivers must have their personal details and signatures on the rental agreement in order to be covered for any damages.
Our cars are very reliable. We have our own workshop fully equipped to provide service to the cars on a routine basis every month. Also, our cars receive a complete safety check during every service.
Yes, it does. All of our rented cars include Insurance, the vehicle’s service and unlimited KM.
Our assistance time is during normal office hours, if your car breaks down, just give us a call and our mechanic can go to assist you.
The renter is responsible for communicating when the service is due, according to the km and date found on the windscreen sticker. Additionally, QuickCar is responsible for scheduling a revision every 28 days.

Our cars are only permitted to be driven in Queensland.
All cars must be returned during office hours. If you return the car after business hours, 30.00 AUD will be applied and discounted of your bond.
In this case, it will be parked at your own risk and considered to be your responsibility until the car is checked in by our staff.
Smoking and pets aren’t permitted in our cars. In case we find any evidence of it, you will be charged a fee of $100.

The Accidental Damage Excess is up to $2000 (two thousand Australian Dollars). Nevertheless, drivers between 18 to 24 years old must pay an extra $500 (Five hundred Australian Dollars).
If you pass a toll, you can pay it yourself online to avoid the fee or in case we receive it, there’s an administrative fee of $30 + the amount of the toll you used.
We also have a tag toll and you can use it paying $2.00 fee + the amount of the toll.
The fines get transferred to the responsible driver and a nomination fee of $30 applies. You receive the fine directly to the address registered in your rental agreement.
You get your Bond within 5-10 business days.
We have no forced contracts. However, you must advise us 5 days before the date you’d like to return your car. In case of not respecting the 5 days, a fee of $50 will apply.
